Question 1: What sizes are the tutu’s?
Tutu’s generally fit infants 6months- 6yrs.old. Tutu’s without ribbon waist bands stretch up to 28 inches and 12 inches long. Tutu’s with ribbon waist bands stretch up to 24 inches wide and 12 inches long.
Question 2: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards- visa, mc, American express, and discover – you may also use your Paypal account. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe credit transactions for our customers. Paypal is a very well accredited company that offers the highest in safety and security standards. PayPal employs industry-standard SSL encryption technologies. You can safely enter your credit card information without worries! Also, none of your credit card information will be stored on our server.
Question 3: Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged to residents of New Jersey on headbands only.
Question 4: What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS and USPS for all our shipping needs.
Question 5: When will my order arrive?
We will try to get your package to you within 1 week. Special shipping request can be met for an additional fee. If your item is a custom order it may take us a little longer to make, increase the time before it is shipped. Under these circumstances you will be made aware of this within 24 hours of the placement of the order.
Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. We also offer shipping services via UPS that will result in a shorter wait time for delivery. Allow 5-7 business days for your item to be processed and ready for shipment.
Question 6: How will I know my order was shipped?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We ship Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Question 7: What is your return policy?
Sweetiepie’s Style is a custom order boutique, and therefore we can not accept returns. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions. Shipping and handling is not refundable. However, we strongly believe in doing the right for our customers. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise at support@sweetiepiesstyle.com . We will gladly exchange your item for the exact item or something of equal value.
Question 8: Where are my purchases shipped from?
We ship out of Bloomingdale and Pompton Lakes New Jersey.
